Bishop Chris Brown

A pastor, teacher, author, and lifelong servant committed to winning souls and spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Born in Dallas, Bishop Chris Brown answered the call to ministry at age 16. He accepted the call to pastor in 2014, was elevated to District Elder in 2018, and was ordained Bishop of Oklahoma, Louisiana, and North Texas in World Outreach Christian Assembly International on June 23, 2023. He is also the author of the Amazon bestseller I Am A Disciple. Bishop Brown is a husband, father, son, brother, friend, and prolific speaker who faithfully serves as Lead Pastor of CPR Family Center.

Administrative Pastor & Executive Administrator

Lady April Brown

A compassionate administrator and ministry leader with a heart for serving families, the unhoused, and those in need.

Born in Dallas, Lady April Brown earned a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and a Master of Science in Criminology from the University of Texas at Dallas. She has diligently served CPR Family Center as Administrative Pastor and Executive Administrator since 2014. Her passions include serving the homeless and less fortunate and encouraging others in their health and wellness journeys. She is a wife, mother, sister, and dedicated servant.

Pastor Dinah Doyle

A gifted teacher, speaker, coordinator, and vision runner who leads with a genuine love for God and people.

Pastor Dinah Doyle grew up in Dallas and began serving through youth ushering and choir ministry. She was ordained an Elder on May 31, 2019, and joined CPR Family Center with her family in 2020. She has served in hospitality, youth ministry, women’s ministry, and wherever help is needed. A teacher, speaker, writer, coordinator, printer, helper, and vision runner, she is committed to all God has called her to do.
